The arbitration may be conducted in person in Alameda County, California, or remotely at the arbitrator’s discretion. You waive the right to a jury trial.

Class Action Waiver. Disputes must be brought individually and not as a class or representative action.

Carve-outs. Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property or data-security violations in a court of competent jurisdiction in Alameda County, California.

Time Limit. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arose.
